today im going to teach you how to down-grade your minecraft client in a few clicks and upgrade it instanly
now heinz posts a jar file of the client which you need to put into you %appdata% .minecraft folder(
) and also back up the original but for those of you who dont know how to do that here is a MUCH MUCH easier way for you to down-grade your clientfirst your going to need a peice of special software you can get this by going to
http://digiex.net/minecraft/Digiex_Minecraft/index.php
then scroll down choose your OS (mac,windows,.etc) and click download then click save and select your desktop now go to your desktop and you'll notice you have a new icon right click it and click 'run as administrator' then just click next and i agree to the terms of use and let it install
go back to your desktop and you will see you have an icon that looks like the minecraft symbol but squashed click it and select minecraft *multiplayer* and then the client will automatically open enter your details and log onto the server like you would normally
you can always switch back to 1.2 afterwards
