The Birth of Epicity...
I have been on the server for quite awhile now and I want to start my own town. It will be based on the modern world and will include couple tall buildings. It will be neat and organized too. It will be kept as realistic as possible so no floating trees, houses, etc. The main part of the city will be for all the farms, town hall big decorative buildings etc, outside the main part of the city will be all the residents houses and natural stuff. There will be a friendly community and will be 99% free from mobs.
Rules
- 1. NO GRIEFING. (if severe insta-kick)
2. Respect other players.
3. Follow the server rules alongside town rules.
4. Ask permission from mayor to start your house.
5. If you want to build a public facility for town ask mayor too.
6. Light up your own house well.
7. Mark your own house with a sign with your name.
8. Build your house nicely.
9. Random stuff that does not look nice or has no use will be demolished if seen.
10. Be mature.
11. Have fun being in the town and following the rules!
