I think that if we are an actual role playing server we should turn damage and hostile mobs on.
I'm going to explain why I think these options should be turned on, as to be fair, there isn't a valuable arguement against it (I think).
Okay, so we're a roleplay server, we cannot die on this server and we can work at night with no worry of mobs attacking us. I dont know if we should be 1/2 roleplay, but I'd rather a 100% roleplay server than 1/2 of one. One of the main features on minecraft (night mobs) is currently disabled, but why?
If we enable these features (Combined with the disabling of warps) then we can make it a proper roleplay server, as to get to a town using a road, you would need to travel in a group or with a weapon, which would also (little extra) negate the migration of new people to towns on the borders of the server (also a big issue is new people just setting up towns instead of joining, so this would help stop this or at least discourage it, no person wants to just die constantly). They would need to take trains to established towns or die.
This is literally a suggestion as I dont want anybody to put this idea into place unless people actually want to do it.

You, as a World Operator, should know if health and damage is enabled on the server.

it would be good if we could spawn mobs in spesific areas so we could build a area and spawn like 50 zombies and put a team of people in there with a sword and see what happens

it would be kinda fun
