I propose a rank system more organized (not saying the system we have now is dis-organized)
This is for In game rather then for the board.
Gives each set A kit in-witch they can use and to build or help out.
(more kits = higher grade of towns/buildings)
But more like this (don't have fancy pictures sorry)

-Builders (Blocks) (then different grades) wood-gold

-Town Guards (stone sword)
-City Guards (iron sword)

-assistants (helps when offline or overseeing) (paper)

Ich schlage vor, einen Rang System besser organisiert (nicht sagen, das System wir jetzt haben, ist dis-organisiert)
Dies ist in Spiel eher dann für den Vorstand.
Gibt jede Menge A-Kit-Hexe in die sie verwenden und können zu bauen oder zu helfen.
(mehr Kits = höherer Grad von Städten und Gebäuden)
Aber mehr davon (haben keine Lust Bilder sorry)
