I am currently starting a mining company. We need more helpers and once we finish a clients request, we will split the payment equally. They also may get some cobblestone. We will pay up by what we get from client and if no client then the payment will be 4 stacks of clean stone for each week and we will raise the pay amount until we get rich.

You will have to be mining in the guest area then.

You need permission from your towns mayor if you want to mine in a town.
